M10 Presents Soiree on the Sandbar

The Coast’s media and movers and shakers gathered in early November to enjoy a night of delicious eats, divine drinks and mesmeric beats as a new and tantalising event menu was launched on the idyllic Sandbar restaurant.

Supported by event partners Moet Hennessy, Balter Brewery and Vittoria Coffee, the night showcased what a successful client/firm collaboration can achieve; immersing guests in a Sandbar-styled chilled out gathering that brought together key people of the Coast to experience the offering.

Nestled in the heart of the glitter strip, Sandbar has been a family-owned business for over 20 years and is infused with seaside vibes every day of the week.

Sandbar Executive Chef, Maxie Hill – originally from Ireland and who worked for industry legend Rick Stein where he eventually rose to become Head Chef – has developed Good Times Event Packages to compliment the seaside ambience.

“It’s a contemporary fusion of fresh favours and locally sourced produce in easy to eat ‘mingle dishes’,” said Maxie.

“Our goal is to be the premier cocktail event venue on the Coast so we decided to specialise in easy to tailor food and beverage packages to match and that are flexible in pricing, offering unbeatable value for the quality.”

Set in what is undoubtedly one of the best beachside locations on the Coast, diners at Sandbar can while away the day from breakfast to lunch, dinner and well into the night, enjoying the coastal breezes and balmy sunsets with a range of beverages from craft beers to custom cocktails.

As an event location, Sandbar’s stunning Hamptons-meets-harbour side fit out and exceptional location overlooking the iconic Surfers Paradise beach sets it apart.

“Our slogan is ‘good times, all the time’ and we knew that as an event offering and location we could create something special,” said Sandbar Brand Director Jake Short.

“Our menu has been developed with maximum enjoyment in mind; from the tastes, to the presentation, the ambience, and outlook, we can create a blissful coastal event experience from 5 – 260 people, across the week.”
